We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Transformation Manager to join our team in Holstebro, Denmark. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our site's operations and contribute to driving continuous improvements.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Operational Excellence journey, including strategic alignment and implementation of our Arla Performance System (APS) standards and ways of working. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing operational excellence strategies to drive continuous improvements across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Motivation, and Planet (SQCDMP).
  • Oversight of all site operational excellence projects, from planning and coordination to follow-up, ensuring alignment with business goals and performance metrics.
  • Fostering a market Community of Practice (CoP) together with Senior OpEx Managers and participating in centrally led global pilots.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and digitalization at the site and executing implementation of relevant digital tools.
  • Facilitating workshops, conducting training, and providing coaching to site teams and leaders on OpEx tools and methodologies, empowering them to drive performance improvement and sustain results.
  • Promoting the use of balanced scorecards and KPIs to manage site performance, fostering a performance-driven problem-solving culture and preventative mindset.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in engineering, dairy production, or supply chain management.
  • Solid experience as an operational front-line leader in a mature manufacturing environment.
  • Formal qualification/education in production, supply chain, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Proven experience in leading operational excellence projects, including Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with implementation of mature standard work processes within an operational excellence environment as both an operational leader and implementation support team member.
  • Experience with digital tools, financial acumen, and working within a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach teams, with a get-it-done attitude that drives results.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
