Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and build a strong foundation for your career? As a Sales Development Representative at Dixa, you will have the opportunity to work with a mission-oriented team and develop valuable skills in value-selling, market building, and customer engagement.

You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, building a robust pipeline for your assigned Account Executive, and successfully explaining the Dixa value drivers to set up meetings with qualified prospects. You will also handle objections from potential customers and establish and maintain relationships with customers to gain referrals and expand the customer base.

We are looking for a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a curious nature, and a process-oriented approach. If you are motivated, driven, and passionate about sales, we would love to hear from you.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound prospecting: Identify and engage with prospects by phone, email or on LinkedIn
  • Build a robust pipeline for your assigned Account Executive
  • Successfully explain the Dixa value drivers to set up meetings with qualified prospects
  • Handle objections from potential customers who may be using or considering a competitor
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to gain referrals and expand the customer base
