Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative at Conference Manager, your primary objective is to identify and engage potential customers through various channels. This involves creating interest in our product, Conference Manager, and booking meetings for our Sales Manager in Denmark.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in complex SaaS sales, work with a proven product, and develop into a Sales Specialist role after 6 months as a successful Sales Development Representative.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Contact and engage prospects via cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Navigate gatekeepers and identify decision-makers.
- Schedule and book high-quality meetings for the Sales Manager in Denmark.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to position Conference Manager for success.
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who is eager to become part of a scale-up company on a growth journey. The ideal candidate should possess:
- 1-2 years of SDR experience or similar.
- Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, written as well as spoken.
- A natural relationship-building personality.
- A self-starter personality with strong resilience and motivation to turn a 'no' into a 'yes'.
- The ability to learn fast and a huge interest in growing in the sales field.
- A can-do attitude and thrive in a fast-paced and results-driven scale-up environment.
- A team player mentality and a genuine wish to take part in a fun and dynamic environment with several social events throughout the year.
