Key Responsibilities:


As a Technical Client Manager at Tradedoubler, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to clients, ensuring efficient and timely implementation of our solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide expert guidance to resolve any issues that may arise.


Main Accountabilities:



  • Manage the Tradedoubler affiliate platform on behalf of our advertisers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support to clients and colleagues, resolving queries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain continuous contact with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide solutions to drive their business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during meetings and calls.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes, applying this knowledge to improve our services and solutions.
  • Document client progress and any relevant changes, ensuring accurate records and insights.
  • Work closely with the team to leverage their expertise and provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Communicate key client information to stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Liaise with Technical Customer Executives and Managers of other Tradedoubler offices to drive cross-functional collaboration.

You are a results-driven professional with strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and a commercial mindset. You excel at communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and thrives in a team environment, motivating others and leading by example. You possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle pressure.


Requirements:



  • University degree in Computing, IT, or software programming, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts, including HTML, JavaScript, Restful APIs, XML, and programming languages.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Experience in client support/customer service environment, preferably in a technical role.
  • Solutions-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Professional approach, results-driven, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent team player with a customer-centric mindset.
