**Job Overview**

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to our clients and ensuring their e-commerce solutions are up and running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with experience in managing complex technical issues and providing exceptional customer service. You will be a results-driven professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and resolve technical issues related to our e-commerce solutions
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical services
  • Develop and maintain documentation to improve knowledge sharing and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical support, preferably in an e-commerce environment
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and Restful APIs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

**Salary Range:

€50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience
