About the Role

As a Business Development Associate, you'll create quality connections with potential customers in Japan. You'll be the first point of contact for our prospective clients, generating business and playing a critical role in Queue-it's continued growth.

Responsibilities
  • Create and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and launch strategic awareness campaigns and engage in discovery calls to create and qualify new leads.
  • Take full responsibility for researching, prospecting, and reporting for your assigned campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create engaging, market-optimized content, convert leads to customers, and reactivate cold accounts.
Requirements
  • Rich knowledge of the Japanese market.
  • A minimum of one year's full-time experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Japanese.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
