Centre Administrator of the Social Resilience Lab Aarhus University

Aarhus Universitet (AU) invites applications for a Centre Administrator position in the Social Resilience Lab, which is part of the School of Culture and Society. This administrative role will support the daily activities of the centre and its staff members.
The ideal candidate will have experience in academic project management, excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Danish and English. They will work closely with the PIs and staff to facilitate the administration of the centre, implement software management tools, and coordinate events and projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Staff onboarding, project management, and continuous support
- Transitioning to software management tools and pipelines used by the centre
- Event coordination, budget management, and reporting
- Website maintenance, social media, and newsletter dissemination
