We're looking for a highly skilled Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our team and support our customers' journey to the cloud. As a TAM, you will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and drivers, and utilize your technical skills to solve complex support issues and technical challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain trusting relationships with customers.
  • Solve complex technical issues and challenges.
  • Drive new feature development and adoption.
  • Run workshops and operations reviews to improve customer capabilities.

This role is part of our Strategic Industries group, focusing on the Energy and Utilities vertical. You will have the opportunity to work with talented cloud technologists and expand your knowledge of AWS products.
