Customer Success Manager Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through tailored onboarding and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement customized onboarding programs for new customers, focusing on seamless integration and maximum ROI.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions that enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitor customer health and satisfaction, using data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting loyalty and retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS or GRC.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and strong proficiency in Italian.
