**About the Role**

DynamicWeb is seeking an experienced Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead our partner engagement and growth efforts in North America. This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new opportunities, and driving business growth through partnerships.

**Key Activities**

  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with 10-15 strategic partner accounts, fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate DynamicWeb solutions and drive business growth.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams to develop targeted sales campaigns and initiatives that cultivate relationships with partners and drive business growth.
  • Implementation Support: Work closely with implementation partners to ensure successful onboarding and activation of new customers.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute plans to gain opportunities from strategic partners and work with the sales team to move them through the sales process.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management within the Microsoft Dynamics channel.
  • Proven success building relationships with key stakeholders and driving business growth through partnerships.
  • History of exceeding results in developing qualified opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Dynamics 365.
  • Proven track record of successfully working from home and regular travel up to 40%.
