At Qarma, we are looking for a talented Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire sales cycle; from outbound prospecting to qualifying opportunities, preparing and delivering product demos and converting leads to customers.

The successful Sales Growth Specialist will proactively seek new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through outbound emails, sales calls and networking. They will work with their own portfolio of accounts and take full responsibility for their sales pipeline to ensure targets are met.

  • Sales growth specialist must have experience with sales/customer success/account management; ideally they're coming from either an account sales position or outbound business development position and they're ready to step up to a closing role with enterprise-level accounts.
  • A track record of successfully working towards sales quotas and targets including sourcing and closing their own deals.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to demonstrate product value to potential clients.
