Vi søger en erfarne og dygtig Digital Marketing Strateg, der kan lede vores største kunder og start-ups til succes på de digitale platforme. Som Senior Paid Social Specialist vil du være ansvarlig for at udvikle og implementere effektive digital markedsføringsstrategier, der giver resultater for vores kunder.

Arbejdet består af at strategisk planlægge og koordinere hele processen omkring at skabe synlige resultater for vores kunders forretninger gennem digital markedsføring. Det inkluderer at udarbejde detaljeret månedlige rapporter til kunden, der giver indblik i performance og planen for samarbejdet fremadrettet – både for Paid Social specifikt men også andre marketingkanaler og steder i værdikæden.

Arbejdets opsamlende opgaver:
  • Strategi og roadmaps: Du skal udarbejde strategier og roadmaps for vores største kunder samt start-ups, der befinder sig i en bred vifte af industrier, brancher og lande. Du får fuldt ansvar for dine egne accounts. Derfor er det altafgørende, at du tager ejerskab over processen.
  • Analyse: Skab indsigt i- og analysere kundeadfærd ud fra data i Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics og andre tredjepartsprogrammer og tools for derved at forstå, hvordan denne data kan danne grobund for optimering af kundens strategi samt deres overordnede digitale forretning.
  • Kunderapporter: Udarbejd detaljeret månedlige rapporter til kunden, der giver indblik i performance og planen for samarbejdet fremadrettet – både for Paid Social specifikt men også andre marketingkanaler og steder i værdikæden.
  • Oplæring: Ansvar for oplæring af associates, såvel som uddele opgavebriefs til dem, så de kan assistere dig i dit daglige arbejde.
Faglige færdigheder:
  • Min 3 års erfaring med digital markedsføring og paid social fra bureau.
  • Stærk forståelse for digitale medier, analyse og annoncering (herunder Meta's platforme, Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics og Email Automation).
  • Vant til kundedialog og stakeholder management.
Personlige egenskaber:
  • Nie bange for at tage ansvar og være proaktiv i samarbejde med både kunder og kollegaer.
  • Struktureret og målrettet i dit arbejde. Og du kan håndtere kunderelationer med overskud og selvsikkerhed.
  • Drevet af ansvar, udfordringer og en meget stejl læringskurve.
