We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our European HR team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of team member records, updating our people system with new team member details, changes, and leaver details.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all team member records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Update our people system (Sage) with new team member details, changes, and leaver details.
- Onboard data from newly acquired businesses into Sage.
- Issue employment contracts and amendment letters.
- Ensure that our HR policies, procedures, and document templates are up-to-date and compliant.
- Manage and maintain our HR benefits and reporting requirements.
- Support managers with facilitating performance and absence discussions and terminations.
- Oversee maternity and paternity processes.
- Carry out onboarding/welcome sessions for new team members.
- Liaise with our Legal teams to implement compliance initiatives.
- Produce reports from our people system.
- Support team members and managers with administrative and other queries.
- Support the planning and implementation of people-related activities.
- You are able to act on your initiative and suggest practical, ethical, and commercial solutions.
- You have a keen eye for detail, are highly organized, and enjoy putting in place structure.
- You have an inquisitive approach to all that you do; you're comfortable asking questions of your stakeholders.
- You've got experience of working with an HRIS or love learning new systems.
- You're passionate about people.
- You are comfortable working in an international environment with many different stakeholders from different countries across southern Europe.
- You have a high level of integrity and discretion.
- You are flexible and are comfortable travelling as required.
- You'll be joining a team of genuine, passionate people.
- You'll have the freedom to choose the best way of working to get the job done.
