Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, train, and inspire a team of skilled bartenders and support staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure all guests receive outstanding service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Menu Development: Curate and update the beverage menu, balancing classic cocktails with new, creative offerings that appeal to a diverse clientele.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and manage events at the bar, from private parties to themed nights, enhancing The Library Bar's reputation as a go-to venue.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote The Library Bar, both within the hotel and to the broader Copenhagen community.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience: As a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-end bar or restaurant.
  • Extensive knowledge: Of cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar operations.
  • Strong leadership skills: With the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills: With a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills: And attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English: Knowledge of Danish is a plus.
