About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the 'start-up' team in Germany as part of the development process. As a Business Analyst, your daily work will involve data analysis, focusing on efficient implementation of customer requirements. You will automate time-consuming processes and act as a link between the in-house development team and clients.

As a Business Analyst at Solitwork, you will have the opportunity to enable better data-driven decisions for our clients. Our intuitive self-service data platform allows clients to gather all their data and processes around analytics, consolidation, budgeting, and advanced analytics in a single solution, powered by leading technologies and tools from Microsoft.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Practical experience in (multi-)dimensional data modeling.
  • Methodical knowledge of data integration processes.
  • Ability to process data structures from databases, ERP, CRM, and other operational systems or APIs.
  • Ideal experience in one or more data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a pragmatic approach to work.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
  • Friendly and outgoing demeanor with strong numerical skills.
  • Active ability to communicate and provide value-added sparring to clients.
  • Bilingual proficiency in German and English to communicate effectively with both German customers and the team in Copenhagen and Aarhus.

Solitwork offers a competitive salary of approximately €70,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
