Systems Sales Manager for Business Development

We are looking for a results-driven Systems Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Denmark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and deploying effective sales strategies, managing sales teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in Denmark.
- Lead and manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineers, marketing, and operations, to drive sales and business growth.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and provide feedback to sales teams to improve performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of sales management experience in a technical sales environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales performance.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- English and Danish proficiency to business standards.
- Ability to travel domestically to fulfill duties of the role.
