We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager for Systems and Software Solutions to lead our sales and business development initiatives in Denmark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and deploying strategies to drive sales growth and improve processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve processes;
  2. Lead the sales team in Denmark and collaborate with the Nordics SYSS Sales Director to achieve business objectives;
  3. Collaborate with other Country Sales Managers and functional sales managers to increase business potential;
  4. Develop and ensure effective sales activity planning and orders forecasting;
  5. Represent Emerson in interactions with customers and drive their dedication by adopting and implementing the vision of Systems & Software Solutions as a trusted advisor and problem solver;
  6. Actively supply to achieve sales excellence by providing and maintaining business data accuracy and integrity in CRM and other systems;
  7. Provide direct and indirect sales support for any accounts not covered by field sales resources.

You are a passionate and results-driven leader with excellent interpersonal skills. You have a proven track record of developing successful relationships and driving sales growth. You are a strong communicator and have excellent presentation skills.

Requirements:

  1. Degree level in Engineering field (or higher) or equivalent;
  2. Proven experience in sales and business development;
  3. Experience in team management and leadership;
  4. Strong communication and presentation skills;
  5. Industry proficiency and application knowledge;
  6. A proven record of direct selling in a technical sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. English and Danish proficiency to business standards;
  2. Ability and willingness to travel domestically;
  3. Experience of operating within and possessing a broad knowledge of the process control and instrumentation market.
