Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in the Nordic region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing sustaining accounts, developing new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities:

Retain and grow sustaining accounts for Minnovation International AB in the Nordic region.

Develop new customer opportunities for Minnovation International AB within the Nordics to maximize sales growth and profit potential.

Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and effective communication.

Execute sales strategy, achieve revenue targets, and grow the new business opportunity (NBO) pipeline.

Anticipate and understand customers' technical and business requirements and relate them to Minnovation International AB's product and service capability.

Liaison with relevant internal departments to secure business opportunities.

Assist in launching new products and services and promotion plans.

Effectively communicate market requirements for new technology and products to management.

Any other duties assigned by the Company and the Superior.

Requirements:

Minimum of Bachelor's degree, preferably in RF/Antenna or Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 3+ years of proven track record in business development, sales, or related areas.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Ability to multi-task and manage time.

Ability to think strategically and develop marketing/sales strategies.

Fluent in both written and verbal English. Additional language skills considered as merits.

Eligible to work in Europe without sponsorship.

Position requires regular travels.
