About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Partner to join our team at Lundbeck. As a key member of our Corporate Product Quality Assurance (CPQA) department, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and improve local performance management systems to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement reporting systems that meet business needs.
- Participate in short- and long-term projects to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and manage department budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Support the preparation of financial and business analysis, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings and workshops to drive collaboration and decision-making.
Requirements
- Relevant academic background in Life Science, Economics, or Business.
- Experience in relevant student jobs or internships.
- Business acumen and ability to build relationships across functions.
- Eagerness to learn, contribute, and apply knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills and basic understanding of financial planning.
- Ability to use various IT systems and adapt to new technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and strong planning skills.
