About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Partner to join our Corporate Product Quality Assurance team at H. Lundbeck A/S. As a Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and improvement of local performance management systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement reporting systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Participate in short- and long-term projects, driving business growth and quality improvement.
  • Prepare and manage department budgets, ensuring financial transparency and accountability.
  • Support the preparation of financial and business analysis, presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Relevant academic background in Life Science, Economics, or Business.
  • Experience in relevant student jobs or internships.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to work independently and build relationships across functions.
  • Eagerness to learn, contribute, and apply knowledge to drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a basic understanding of financial planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent planning skills, with the ability to manage conflicting demands and meet deadlines.
