Job Description

Are you passionate about driving business growth through data-driven membership strategies and segmentation solutions? Do you have a knack for analyzing complex data to identify new opportunities and improve existing processes? We're seeking a highly skilled Membership Lifecycle Specialist to join our team at LEGO Koncernen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven membership segmentation models to identify new segments, member phases, and lifecycles based on observed member behavior.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a common membership segmentation approach and framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations to campaign teams to increase the relevancy and commercial impact of campaigns.
  • Conduct regular segment and lifecycle movement analyses to uncover new insights and opportunities.
  • Optimize and refine existing segmentation models to improve methodologies and leverage new sources of 1st party data.
  • Support the creation of LEGO Member Lifetime Value to inform commercial decisions and maximize long-term member value.
  • Drive an agile way-of-working model to ensure quality, flexibility, and speed in tackling business questions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a segmentation and analytics environment, with expertise in SQL, Excel, R, and/or Python.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to convey clear and concise recommendations.
  • Experience in driving commercial and strategic value through segmentation and lifecycle solutions.
  • Working knowledge of personalization and loyalty programs.
  • An enthusiastic and positive approach, with a can-do attitude and a focus on quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.
