CRM Lifecycle Strategist

At LEGO Koncernen, we're seeking a skilled CRM Lifecycle Specialist to enhance member engagement and boost LEGO membership. As a key member of our global team, you'll leverage data and insights to craft personalized, impactful lifecycle programs that resonate with members at key moments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement CRM lifecycle strategies to boost member engagement and retention.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, using insights to refine CRM campaigns.
- Segment audiences to deliver personalized, relevant messaging.
- Collaborate with the Membership & Personalisation team on broader strategies.
- Develop campaign briefs and partner with the CRM Hub for execution.
- Catalogue and manage CRM lifecycles and trigger programs, prioritising them for development and execution.
