Estimated Salary: $85,000-$110,000 per year (base salary)Job Description

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success of Customer's Factory installation program through the implementation, rollout, and delivery of installation KPIs for our largest customers.

This role requires strong leadership skills, including experience leading projects in a consulting environment, and the ability to cultivate customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, IT, or Engineering, and significant leadership responsibility and career growth in process improvement.

  • Define, implement, and execute on multiple projects such as onboarding OEMs and rental customers to the Factory Fit program;
  • Lead as a primary point of contact to our OEMs within the Factory Fit program through onboarding, training, and program support;
  • Educate OEM customers on telematics and business value outcomes when integrating telematics devices to their equipment;
  • Report weekly program status updates, track and monitor the performance of the program against targets, and manage escalations on customers' requests;

This position involves travel of up to 10% and requires written and verbal communication skills in French and/or German. We are looking for a self-starter with the initiative to thrive independently and inspire team members. The ideal candidate will have a forward-thinking mindset and customer-centricity.

Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, IT, or Engineering;
  • Experience leading projects in a consulting environment and cultivating customer relationships;
  • Significant leadership responsibility and career growth in process improvement;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with audiences of all levels;
  • Highly experienced with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and familiar with tools like Asana, PlanHat;
  • Travel of up to 10% may be required;
  • Written and verbal communication skills in French and/or German is beneficial;
