Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Ecolab. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to our customers and sales team, ensuring seamless alignment of services with customer requirements and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot field-related problems to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct technical interventions and monitor assistance cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address parts and product needs, providing technical support to the sales team and handling customer complaints.
  • Verify warranty conditions and conduct product training to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge.
  • Monitor product development and evolution, updating training materials and communicating product updates to the team.
  • Arrange facilities as needed and manage technical disputes to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of work experience in related fields, with a strong understanding of electrical engineering, electronics, and mechanics.
  • Advanced level of English and excellent customer service skills, with the ability to problem solve and devise customer solutions.
  • Prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to read plans and diagrams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and a valid driving license, as you will be required to travel extensively.
