Onomondo is a leading provider of cloud-native connectivity solutions for the IoT industry. We're seeking a skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team and help customers succeed with our technology.
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer cases. You will also be involved in process improvements, documentation, and training.
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in IoT, networking, and customer support. If you're passionate about helping customers and have a knack for problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you.
