Product Support Specialist

Stratasys Ltd is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing technical support to customers, focusing on complex and escalated issues related to our SAF Powder Bed Fusion products.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical feedback to design and product teams on design for serviceability.
- Act as the primary contact for closing escalations to the Product Development Organization and provide leadership to address and close those cases.
- Manage the Beta phase for new products and define spare parts, as well as facilitate Preventive Maintenance programs.
- Report and analyze product performance, including Installation Failure Rate and Time to Resolution.
- Mentor Regional Technical Experts, particularly in the first year after product launch.
- Support strategic customers and monitor installations, as well as implement Field Change Orders and updates across the fleet.
- Coordinate with Application Engineers to maintain high-level support for end customers and work with the Knowledge Management team to develop training and certification materials.
- BSc or MSc in engineering or a related technical field, preferably with a background in mechatronics.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, at both business and technical levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to establish root causes and determine fixes.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail.
- Culturally sensitive, with the ability to understand and resolve issues, as well as build relationships with businesses in other countries/regions.
- Ability to work independently and take the initiative.
- Experience in writing technical documentation and interacting with global customers across different time zones.
Travel required: 30 days per year.
