At Saxo Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategic direction of our international website. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives engagement and conversion rates.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience managing large, multi-lingual e-commerce websites. You will be responsible for ensuring the website is compliant and contains high-quality content. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on website performance and conversions, providing insightful analysis for ongoing improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and lead the strategy for the international version of the website.
  2. Generate ideas and create a fantastic online experience that showcases our products, platforms, and the overall Saxo story in a compelling way.
  3. Ensure the website is compliant and contains high-quality content.
  4. Monitor and report on website performance and conversions.
  5. Stay on top of competitors' websites and general trends in the digital world.
  6. Collaborate with the CRO manager to optimize the website and run A/B testing.
  7. Chart a best-practice course to be replicated on the local variations of the website.
  8. Liaise closely with the UX lead, tech lead, and website experience managers to define the best possible experience.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing large, multi-lingual e-commerce websites.
  2. Strong proficiency in Digital Marketing, CRO, SEO, UX design, and analytics.
  3. Experience in marketing of financial services or alternative experience from trading or private investment.
  4. Exceptional skills in managing stakeholders and navigating large organizations with both HQ and local offices.

Desired Skills

  1. Advanced skills in digital marketing tools; experience with Adobe Experience Cloud is a significant advantage.
  2. Proven success in improving conversion rates.
  3. Familiarity and experience with content and digital asset management systems.
  4. Demonstrated ability to align and deliver on multiple business objectives.
  5. Strong analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and curiosity for improvements.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, plan workload, and prioritize effectively.
