In this role, you will be responsible for participating in projects and deliveries, working closely with customers, product development teams, and internal stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to ensure effective communication, alignment, and successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution consulting and architecture, with hands-on experience in related processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Participating in projects and deliveries, staying in touch with customers during the delivery process
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the delivery process
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our delivery process
  • Facilitating clear and transparent communication across stakeholders
  • Fostering collaboration and synergy between different organizational units
  • Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to card-based payment processing

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in banking and financial services, preferably within Card Issuing or other Card/Payment areas. A Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, or Economics is also required. Fluency in Swedish and English language is necessary, as well as a drive to build a strong team in Sweden.
