About the position:

We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager who will drive our customer success initiatives, defining and delivering strategies that meet business goals. As a key member of the Global Customer Success team, you will play a vital role in establishing the Customer Success function in our regions, enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.

  • Develop and Implement Customer Success Programs: Align with business goals to improve onboarding, adoption, and retention.
  • Optimize Customer Engagement: Design and refine processes and tools to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with regional teams to align goals and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Customer Insights Analysis: Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic business partner to regional teams, setting clear direction and measurable targets.

Requirements:

  • Customer Success Experience: Develop and implement Customer Success programs aligned with business goals.
  • Leadership Skills: Collaborate with regional teams and lead commercial initiatives across global and local teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient analytical skills to identify and address customer needs effectively.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate and present effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
