Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Agent to join our team at Maersk. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and timely resolution of customer requests.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
