Customer Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Agent to join our team at Maersk.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer experience of our small and mid-sized customers, ensuring that all their needs are met and exceeded.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their requests and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Working closely with our Global Service Centers to ensure that all customer documentation is accurate and delivered on time.
- Following up with customers to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
- Coordinating with other stakeholders and functions to provide timely and effective solutions to our customers.
- Participating in performance improvement initiatives to continuously improve our customer service standards.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant industry, preferably with a background in shipping, logistics, or economics.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- A customer-focused approach, with a strong understanding of the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.
- The ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
