Maersk is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Agent to join our team. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for owning and managing the customer experience of small/mid-sized customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with Global Service Centers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer requests.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to coordinate solutions and improve customer experience.
- Participate in project implementation and contribute to the development of customer service performance improvement plans.
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant industry, or fresh graduates with internship experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and result-driven with strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Able to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- High sense of urgency and teamwork spirit.
