Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Maersk as a Senior Functional Product Owner (SFPO) for Own Controlled Flight Operations (OCFO) and Insurance. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing Maersk's processes concerning L2 SVD processes within the TbM L&S Service Delivery L1 process area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Leadership: Develop and drive the purpose and vision for assigned L2 process areas, including Network design, Deployment, Flight scheduling, Capacity & consumption, and Operations execution.
  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for TbM OCFO & Insurance, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Process Design: Define overall process design down to SOPs level, establishing connections with other processes to ensure harmonization and efficiency.
  • Maturity Objectives: Set process objectives, targets, and measurements for assessing and enhancing maturity in designated areas.
  • Process Governance: Ensure adherence to process governance standards and maintain an up-to-date Process Map library for the L2 processes and associated levels.
  • Prioritization: Guide prioritization and sequencing of changes & requests affecting the process domain.
  • Master Data Processes: Take ownership of master data processes and associated responsibilities.
  • Business Policies: Create and implement Business Policies to standardize the process landscape.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve processes based on frontline/execution input from end users.
  • User Story Operationalization: Operationalize key initiatives with Platform stakeholders to ensure User Stories deliver intended user, product, and business features in line with the 3PDF framework.

They should demonstrate leadership skills, with the ability to lead process analysis and design for identifying areas of improvement. Adaptability to changing business environments, coupled with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and personal/professional development, is essential.
