Job Title: Commercial Dermatology Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Dermatology Specialist to join our team at Leo Pharma Inc. in Global Product Strategy & International Operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic forecasting of LEO Pharma's dermatology portfolio, collaborating with colleagues to develop sales forecasts and revenue projections.

This position requires strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to create structure and drive results in a global environment.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts for assigned products and indications within dermatology, using short-term and long-term forecasting models.
  • Conduct business analysis tasks including MIDAS data modeling and monitoring of market landscape.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to update forecast models and business cases for approval.
  • Analyze market trends, delivering high-quality market research projects and situational analysis to support the company's global strategic plan.
About You
  • You have a relevant university degree combined with 5+ years of experience in a role requiring quantitative reasoning abilities.
  • You possess solid stakeholder management abilities, excel in planning and creating structure, and demonstrate a proactive mindset with a can-do attitude.
  • You have experience working with analytical tools and methodologies and can draw strategic conclusions based on your analysis.
  • You have experience with forecasting and forecast models, as well as pharmaceutical markets from a global or affiliate perspective.
  • You are skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, able to turn numbers into clear presentations.
