The ADVATx laser system was launched commercially in 2018 and is now being sold to dermatological and aesthetic medical practices in 30+ countries.

We are on a rapid growth trajectory, and to take our business to the next level, we seek an experienced and dynamic Sales Director for Latin America.

Position Overview:
As the Sales Director for Latin America, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the region. You will work closely with distributors to ensure alignment with company objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our expansion efforts in Latin America.

Job profile:
Reporting to the EVP International Sales, Anders Bjerg, your tasks will be highly diversified and will include

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, providing guidance and support to ensure effective representation of Advalight and to optimize sales performance
  • Establishing Advalight as a key player in the Latin American markets, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to drive sales initiatives and address market needs
  • Monitoring of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the region
  • Preparing regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and insights
  • Participating in conferences, tradeshows, and workshops

Candidate profile:
Your qualifications should include

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or similar
  • Proven track record of success in sales and sales leadership roles, preferably within the Latin American market
  • 5+ years of experience in international sales of technically sophisticated MedTech products, preferably within aesthetics/dermatology
  • Strong understanding of distributor management and sales channel strategies
  • Solution-oriented negotiating skills
  • Enthusiasm for technical sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel frequently within Latin America as needed
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese proficiency is a plus
  • Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth
  • Ability to work independently with many different types of tasks
  • Strong intercultural and interdisciplinary communication skills and, ideally, experience with European/Scandinavian culture
  • Residence in Latin America
