Unlock Your Potential as a Senior Category Manager
Lundbeck is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Category Manager to join our Corporate Procurement team. As a key member of our global matrix organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our procurement strategies and driving cost reductions, mitigating risks, and optimizing supplier performance.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies that align with business goals and drive value for the organization.
- Act as a trusted business partner to the organization, understanding their specific needs and goals, and providing expert advice and guidance.
- Lead strategic sourcing projects from need identification through contract execution, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiating and managing critical, long-term contracts and contract escalations.

Requirements
- A Master's degree in Business Administration or Science.
- Extensive experience in procurement, category management, contracting, and sourcing suppliers.
- Experience in distribution category is beneficial.
- Experience with cost management and cost driver analysis.
- Proficiency in English both verbally and in writing.
