Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies that align with business goals, drive cost reductions, mitigate risks, and optimize supplier performance.
  • Act as a trusted business partner to the organization, understanding their specific needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Lead strategic sourcing projects from need identification through contract execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and establish, negotiate, and manage critical, long-term contracts and contract escalations.

About the Team

Corporate Procurement is a global matrix organization consisting of 3 Procurement hubs, located in Copenhagen, Krakow, and Chicago. We have global and regional Category Managers located across our 3 hubs and an efficient structure ensuring optimal procurement advisory and support to our +50 affiliates globally.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • Extensive experience in procurement, category management, contracting, and sourcing suppliers.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical packaging category is preferable.
  • Extensive experience with managing product critical suppliers.
  • Proficiency in English both verbally and in writing.
