We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative team member to join our Client Relationship Management team as a Senior Associate for Investor Relations & Business Development. This role will be based in Copenhagen and will play a key part in our international, diverse, and growing IRBD function.
The Role
- As a Client Relationship Manager, you will plan, carry out, and project manage fundraising activities, including investor meetings, roadshows, events, conferences, etc., in close collaboration with the Investor Relations Team (IR Team).
- You will focus on coordinating and managing engagement and travel plans, making the Distribution and non-Investor Relations team more efficient in their work.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and preparing investor meetings on behalf of the IR Teams.
- Being one of the investors' points of contact for all queries during the fundraising process.
- Planning and executing larger regional and global investor-facing events together with the respective IRBD functions.
- Working with fellow CRM team members to oversee the onboarding of investors committing to CIP funds and solutions.
- Handling ongoing inquiries from existing investors in alignment with the relevant teams within IRBD and the wider CIP organization.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and collaborative team member holding a relevant degree within Economics, Finance, Business, or other related fields, with a minimum of 3-5 years of full-time experience from a role within a client-facing business.
- Engaged and versatile, with solid project management skills and a clear ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent client skills, with good client-facing communication and written abilities.
- Able to operate operational processes and projects continuously and efficiently.
- Knowledgeable with systems to ensure high data quality and actionable information.
- Professional, service-minded, and motivated to work in a growing international organization.
