About the Role


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Student Support Assistant to join our MBA Admissions team at Copenhagen Business School. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Admissions Office, ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment funnel for Executive MBA student admissions.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our Admissions Office, including answering inquiries and gathering information from prospective students via phone and email.
  • Utilize our CRM system to update and maintain accurate records, orchestrate targeted email campaigns, and ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Assist in the continuous optimization of our application portal, preparing admissions-related documents and information materials with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with our Admissions team to support the organization of recruitment events and information sessions, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Update information on our EMBA Homepage as necessary, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Perform basic design duties in InDesign or similar software, utilizing your creative skills to enhance our visual identity.
  • Complete ad hoc projects and duties as assigned by our Admissions Managers, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Your Qualifications and Skills



  • Currently enrolled as a bachelor's or master's level student at a higher education institution.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
  • Experience with CMS and CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor to provide excellent customer service to prospective students.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is an advantage.
