About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Enterprise Service Manager to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (Denmark Branch) - G83. As a trusted advisor to our largest and most committed customers, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and executing a long-term strategy to drive business growth and adoption of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and enterprise teams to understand customer needs and desired outcomes.
  • Guide customers through the journey of cloud adoption and digital transformation, including modernization and migration of existing IT assets.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience when engaging with AWS ProServe, from sales cycle to delivery of high-quality engagements.
  • Act as an evangelist for the full portfolio of AWS platform capabilities and services to accelerate realization of customer outcomes through AWS cloud.
  • Prepare and present commercial and/or strategic proposals to customer C-Suite and executives.
  • Manage commercial agreements and create Statements of Work (SOWs) with accountability for revenue targets for AWS customers.
  • Collaborate with product specialists and delivery experts across AWS to enable customers on AWS Cloud.

Requirements
  • Multiple years of IT consulting and management experience, with demonstrable business and technology transformation experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Senior-level executive engagement and advisory experience within the manufacturing, life science, and FSI industries.
  • Extensive experience managing large industry vertical accounts, IT, and business consulting, including relationship management, growth targets, sales quotas, high customer satisfaction, project portfolio management, contract negotiations, and more.
  • Experience with contract and statement of work (SOW) development.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with a focus on championing innovative customer outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in developing end-to-end solutions for the manufacturing or retail and wholesale industry, including supply chain, connected factory, and sustainability.
  • SAFe, Agile, and/or DevOps accreditation/experience a plus.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise system integration, including SAP, BI Systems, Oracle, and others.
  • Experience with designing, building, and operating global IT organizations and infrastructures.
