About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal Enterprise Service Manager to join our AWS Global Sales team. As a trusted advisor to our largest and most committed customers, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and executing a long-term strategy to drive revenue, adoption, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and enterprise teams to understand customer needs and desired outcomes.
  • Guide customers through the journey of cloud adoption and digital transformation, including modernization and migration of existing IT assets.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience when engaging with AWS ProServe, from sales cycle to delivery of high-quality engagements.
  • Act as an evangelist for the full portfolio of AWS platform capabilities and services to accelerate realization of customer outcomes.
  • Prepare and present commercial and/or strategic proposals to customer C-Suite and executives.
  • Manage commercial agreements and create Statements of Work (SOWs) with accountability of revenue targets for AWS customers.

Basic Qualifications
  • Multiple years of IT consulting and management experience, with demonstrable business and technology transformation experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Senior level executive engagement and advisory experience within the manufacturing, life science, and FSI industries.
  • Extensive experience managing large industry vertical accounts, IT and business consulting (relationship management, achieving growth targets/sales quotas, high customer satisfaction achievement, project portfolio management, contract negotiations, etc.).
  • Experience with contract and statement of work (SOW) development.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, relentlessly thinking big, championing innovative customer outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in developing end-to-end solutions for the manufacturing or retail and wholesale industry: for example, in supply chain, connected factory, sustainability.
  • SAFe, Agile, and/or DevOps accreditation/experience a plus.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise system integration, including SAP, BI Systems, Oracle, and others.
  • Experience with designing, building, and operating global IT organizations and infrastructures.
