Role Summary

In the capacity of a Project Scheduler, you will collaborate closely with the Lead Project Planner to formulate intricate plans and timelines associated with our prestigious capacity expansion initiative. Your engagement will extend to discussions with project leadership and representatives from various functional lines. Your main emphasis will be on project planning and the evolution of scheduling methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ongoing oversight and management of the project schedule.
  • Developing and maintaining a database utilizing collected data to assess project performance.
  • Supervising all planning-related activities, including the formulation of detailed project plans that encompass the entire project scope.
  • Resource allocation, from establishing and sustaining project resource plans to conducting scenario analyses.
  • Ensuring adherence to timelines.

This role also presents an opportunity to engage in shaping and scheduling activities at the senior management level.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Financial Management, Construction, or a related field.
  • Significant project management experience in engineering production or construction projects.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as OPC, Primavera, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience in data analysis and the ability to present findings effectively.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.

On a personal level, candidates should demonstrate a natural drive and commitment, with a focus on optimizing processes while maintaining a curious and eager-to-learn attitude. As a professional, you should have experience operating at a strategic level and possess strong analytical skills to communicate complex data sets to management in a clear and comprehensible manner, ultimately guiding decision-making processes.

Furthermore, while being capable of working independently, you should thrive in driving initiatives and maintain a forward-thinking perspective.

Additionally, candidates should be open to travel and possess fluency in both spoken and written English; knowledge of Danish will be considered advantageous.

About the Department

You will be part of the Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEX) division, a newly formed and expanding sector within Novo Nordisk. FFEX is tasked with the design, planning, and execution of major fill & finish expansion projects across Product Supply, Quality, and IT. Our department is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and driving transformation within the pharmaceutical sector.
