About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a Project Scheduler, you will play a critical role in the planning and execution of our high-profile capacity expansion project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and plans, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
  • Collaborate with project leadership and functional line representatives to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain resource plans, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet project objectives.
  • Provide regular project updates and insights to stakeholders, using data analysis and visualization techniques to communicate complex information effectively.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance Management, Construction, or a related field.
  • Extensive project management experience in building and developing projects in engineering production/construction.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software, such as OPC, Primavera, Microsoft Project, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
