Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rewards Manager to join our People & Organisation team at Novo Holdings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing competitive and best-in-class compensation and benefits programs that align with our company's purpose and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global compensation and benefits strategies that support our company's growth and success.
  • Analyse market trends and conduct benchmarking to ensure the competitiveness of our rewards offerings.
  • Support senior management on rewards-related matters, including compensation and benefits design, implementation, and communication.
  • Review and optimize current rewards programs and policies to ensure they are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct position evaluation and support in salary setting of new positions through benchmarking exercises and leveraging your external network.
  • Support deliveries to our Remuneration Committee, including supporting with memos and analysis.
  • Oversee the annual salary review process and variable bonus schemes.
  • Ensure Novo Holdings is ready for the new EU Pay Transparency directive with established processes and tools.

Requirements

We are looking for a structured and engaged individual with experience in global rewards processes from a global organisation, ideally within alternative asset management, asset management, professional services, or financial services in general. You should have well-developed analytical and communication skills, which are essential for analysing data and transforming it into easy-to-understand actionable recommendations.

You should thrive in a fast-paced international team where everyone helps each other succeed. As a person, you are proactive and take pride in delivering your work with a high degree of professionalism and quality. You work well independently but are foremost a team player. Paying attention to details and having a structured way of working is in your nature.

You should thrive in a changing and dynamic working environment, where interacting with many different international stakeholders motivates you. Experience with global mobility is a plus but not a must.

The primary working place is Novo Holdings offices in Hellerup, Denmark. You will also be able to work partly from home.
