Pareto Securities AS is seeking an experienced and driven Head of International Distribution Strategy to lead our efforts in expanding our Bags, Shoes, and Accessories portfolio globally.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and expanding international premium sales channels, with a strong ability to balance entrepreneurial vision with a commercial sales approach. They will be responsible for creating a comprehensive global sales strategy, focusing on premium placements, and leading the global rollout and sales expansion of Samsøe Samsøe Hero products.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Global Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a global distribution strategy to expand our presence in high-end department stores and online platforms.
  2. Rollout of Hero Products: Lead the global rollout and sales expansion of Samsøe Samsøe Hero products.
  3. Clinet Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth and ensure client success.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3 years in a senior sales role within the fashion industry, with a specific focus on Bags, Shoes, and Accessories.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and expanding international (premium) sales channels.
  • Already established relationships with key retailers such as Galeries Lafayette, LBM, Printemps, Nordstrom, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, SAKS, and similar high-end institutions.
  • Strong ability to balance entrepreneurial vision with a commercial sales approach, contributing to both the development and success of distribution rollout.
