Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions Europe is a leading provider of innovative heating and cooling solutions, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge technology within the energy solution industry. Our team in Denmark plays a vital role in driving sales and commercial activities, ensuring alignment with our European subsidiary.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead all sales and commercial efforts in Denmark. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with distributors, installers, and internal stakeholders to drive local campaigns and expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate closely with distributors and installers to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, ensuring continuous sales growth and expansion of our market presence.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Ensure accurate sales forecasting to facilitate informed decision-making, providing clear and concise reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
  • Budget Management: Work closely with stakeholders to align financial goals with sales objectives, ensuring seamless budget management.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with customers to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to integrate market feedback into product development and marketing strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach to business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in sales & commercial management within the energy solutions industry, preferably in heating and cooling or related technical industries.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data and numbers for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, intercultural, and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation and Leadership Skills: Strong negotiation and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
