Job Description

Pierre Fabre Denmark is seeking a seasoned Trade Marketing Manager to join their Danish dermo-cosmetics team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and success in the Danish market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns, driving growth, and increasing market share. With a strong background in trade marketing management, brand management, or a related field, this professional will be responsible for deploying global and Nordic brand communication, managing local campaign plans, and developing commercial offers.

About the Role
  • Translate channel marketing strategies into shopper activation initiatives.
  • Develop concept and activation plans based on shopper behavior, market insights, and category analysis.
  • Create and adapt brand and product point-of-sale materials to support product launches and renovations.
  • Develop and execute local marketing campaign plans in collaboration with key account managers.
  • Enhance e-retail presence through close cooperation with the Nordic digital team and key account managers.
  • Manage planning, execution, and evaluation of commercial offers, including pre-packed displays, campaign packs, kits, and duo packs.
  • Develop, purchase, and distribute campaign materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Improve and evaluate B2B communication across all touchpoints.
  • Plan, monitor, and follow up on annual marketing budgets.
  • Manage local PR investments and plans.
  • Participate in client meetings as necessary.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading international company, joining a commercial team of 15 people reporting directly to the Danish Country Manager. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in trade marketing management, brand management, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns contributing to increased growth and market share.
  • Affinity with personal care or skin care categories is advantageous.
  • Experience working with various retail environments is beneficial.
  • Strong project management skills: time management and organization.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and internal/external partners.
  • Team player who appreciates being part of a team both professionally and socially.
  • Fluent in English - both written and verbally.
