Job Description:

  • Identify new business opportunities aligned with the company's distribution strategy
  • Generate new leads and acquire new customers, as well as manage existing customers during transition periods
  • Deliver sales targets assigned to the Business Development Manager

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in B-to-B sales and consultative selling (minimum 3 years)
  • Hunter mindset in sales
  • Basic knowledge of corporate finance matters and trade-related banking products is a benefit
  • Able to build and maintain relationships (outgoing personality, comfortable with client-facing roles, excellent presentation and negotiation skills)
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently
  • Motivated by working with fixed goals and creating results
  • Team player with positive energy and passion for sales
  • Good command of both spoken and written Danish and English
  • Bachelor degree holder or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel in Denmark

Estimated Salary: DKK 80,000 - DKK 120,000 per year (approximately €10,800 - €16,200), depending on experience and qualifications.
