Market Development Manager for L'Oréal's Professional Products Division in the Nordic Region

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Market Development Manager to join our Professional Products Division in the Nordic region. This role will involve supporting the dynamic growth and market leadership of iconic brands such as Redken and Matrix.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Management: Assist Product Brand Managers in executing brand & product launches on Redken, Matrix & Biolage.
- Catalog Management: Manage catalog updates for launches and existing portfolio.
- Content Creation: Support the Product Brand Manager and Online Brand manager in managing content across all channels.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market data, brand performance data, conduct competitor monitoring and support on monthly brand reporting.
- Project Coordination: Support on ad-hoc projects and ensure team coordination on events.
- Education: Graduated with a Master's degree in Marketing or Communication within 1.5 years.
- Industry Experience: Passionate about or experienced within the beauty or FMCG industry.
- Language Skills: Excellent communicator, fluent in both English and at least one Nordic language.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Presentation Skills: Highly organized, possessing strong skills in coordination, planning, prioritization, communication, and time management.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to your work.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
