To help grow our Americas market, we are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to contribute to the commercial success of our business, mainly focused on US and Canadian clients but assisting Central and South American clients when required.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automation solutions with OnRobot's products in the manufacturing industry.
- Ensure partner network is knowledgeable and capable of using OnRobot's products through training, technical support, and certifications.
- Help customers identify opportunities for automation with collaborative applications and prioritize opportunities for OnRobot.
- Formalize learnings and conclusions from projects to be shared with colleagues.
- Participate in and help prepare for trade shows and seminars with application design and robot programming.
- Assist sales team in developing opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Network and develop relationships with robot manufacturers.
Requirements:
- Experience in designing, installing, and/or commissioning industrial applications in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in designing and integrating robotic applications for manufacturing automation.
- Good problem solving and communication skills.
- Results focused self-starter with high energy and motivation.
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Fluency in English required.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.
